Discipline, made simple and transparent.

The NACOS fines portal helps us record rule violations, such as breaking the dress code, and manage the resulting fines in one organised place.

How it works

A straightforward process from the moment a rule is broken.

1

Violation recorded

An authorised NACOS admin logs in and creates a new record for the student involved.

2

Fine assigned

The offence and the fine amount are saved, and records can be updated or removed if needed.

3

Fine settled

The student pays the fine to NACOS and the record is updated, so everything stays accurate.

Common offences

Examples of rules students are expected to follow.

Dress code

Dressing outside the approved university dress code on campus.

Missing NACOS events

Failing to attend required departmental programmes without notice.

Other violations

Any other breach of faculty or association rules as set by NACOS.
